Travel Fees

Travel fees will apply for events over 40 miles round trip. Hospitality may be required for some events, depending on location.

Late Night Fee

Starting at $100

Events ending later than 11:00pm will be charged a late night fee.

Holiday Fee

$200

Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
